Shipping policy

The majority of orders placed within Australia are shipped using Australia Post services. Orders are shipped via Regular Post where possible*. (Larger sized orders may be shipped via Regular Post or Courier. You will receive a shipping notice with tracking details.)

International orders are shipped via Australia Post's regular air services. Please see AUSPOST's 'Calculate postage & delivery times' site for information. (For calculating, please use 4207 as the postcode.)

When you place an order prior to 12pm (Monday to Thursday), we will endeavour to have it shipped that same day. Any orders placed after 12pm will be shipped on the next business day. (Note: We have a 4-Day working week - Monday to Thursday. Any orders received after 12pm Qld time on a Thursday will be shipped the following Monday [except where it is a public holiday]).
