Refund Policy

DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS

  • Notification must be received within 30 days of delivery.
  • Photos and full description of damage/fault is required.
  • No refund will be applied where the product supplied is damaged or faulty. A replacement product will be supplied; with a postage paid satchel for the return of the damaged/faulty item.

 

INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED ITEMS

  • Where the refund is requested due to our error (you received an incorrect item), we will pay the return shipping costs.
  • An application for a refund must be received within 30 days of delivery.

 

CHANGE OF MIND

  • Your product must be unopened and in unused condition
  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery

Important things to note: 

  • The shipping for the return will also be at the cost of the buyer.
  • If your item has been opened from the original packaging, we are unable to re-sell the item, and hence no refund can be offered.
  • We are unable to accept change of mind returns for customised products*.

 

Once we've received the item and our returns team confirms everything checks out OK, you will receive a refund back via your original payment method.

*Customised products will be covered under warranty and can be accepted for a return if they are deemed faulty.
