Refund and Replacement Policy

DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS

  • Notification must be received within 30 days of delivery.
  • Photos and full description of damage/fault is required.
  • Refund will only be applied where the original product ordered is no longer available. A replacement product will be supplied; with a postage paid satchel for the return of the damaged/faulty item.

 

INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED ITEMS

  • Notification of incorrectly received goods must be received within 30 days of delivery date.

  • Where an ordered item is incorrectly supplied, you will be shipped the correct item with a return satchel for the incorrect item to be returned.

  • Where the incorrectly supplied item is not lodged with Australia Post for return in the supplied return satchel within 60 days of the original order's delivery date, you will be billed the retail price of the item plus the satchel fee.  

  • A refund will only be issued where the original product ordered is no longer available.

 

CHANGE OF MIND / UNSUITABLE FOR USE

All care must be taken prior to purchasing a product to ensure suitability. If you are unsure, please contact us for advice. 

  • Refund of items will incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • Notification of change of mind must be received within 14 days of delivery of your order.
  • The product must be unopened and in unused condition.
  • If your item has been opened from the original packaging, we are unable to re-sell the item, and hence no refund can be offered.
  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The shipping costs for the return of the product will be at the cost of the buyer.
  • We are unable to accept change of mind returns for customised products*.
  • Once we've received the item, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed from our end. [Our staff will need to confirm the products unused condition and our accounts team will need to authorise your refund to your original payment method.]
  • Please allow an additional 5 business days from the time of refund for bank/s to  process the funds to your account. 

*Customised products will be covered under warranty and can be accepted for a return/replacement if they are deemed faulty.
