B.E.S.T. HOLIDAY 2025 GIVEAWAY
November/December 2025
GENERAL
1. The Promoter is: B.E.S.T. Water Filters P/L (ACN 626 480 966) of: PO Box 6012, Yatala DC QLD 4207.
2. The above-mentioned company will be hereafter referred to as the 'Promoter'.
3. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
4. If there is an inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and anything else that refers to this giveaway, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
WHO CAN ENTER
5. Entry is open to anyone over the age of 18 is who an Australian resident except employees of the Promoter, or their family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the setup and management of the giveaway.
WHEN TO ENTER
6. The giveaway will consist of four separate draws.
• Draw 1 - Entries open at 12:00am (AEST) on Monday 17th November 2025, and close at 11:59pm (AEST) Sunday 23rd November 2025. Winner will be drawn at random on Monday 24th November 2025 in the office of the Promoter.
• Draw 2 - Entries open at 12:00am (AEST) on Monday 24th November 2025, and close at 11:59pm (AEST) Sunday 30th November 2025. Winner will be drawn at random on Monday 1st December 2025 in the office of the Promoter.
• Draw 3 - Entries open at 12:00am (AEST) on Monday 1st December 2025, and close at 11:59pm (AEST) Sunday 7th December 2025. Winner will be drawn at random on Monday 8th December 2025 in the office of the Promoter.
• Draw 4 - Entries open at 12:00am (AEST) on Monday 8th December 2025, and close at 11:59pm (AEST) Sunday 14th December 2025. Winner will be drawn at random on Monday 15th December 2025 in the office of the Promoter. commences at 12:00am (AEST) on Monday 17th November 2025 and concludes at 11:59pm (AEST) on Sunday 14th December 2025.
7. The time of entry will in each case be the time the online entry is received by the Promoter’s database, not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
HOW TO ENTER
9. To enter the giveaway, an entrant must purchase a participating B.E.S.T. Inline Water Filter product from the www.bestwaterfilters.com.au website within the giveaway timeframe. A list of participating product models include:

10. The entrant will receive 1 entry per participating product purchased.
11. Number of entries permitted - Unlimited.
DRAW AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER
12. The winner of each giveaway will be drawn by random as specified in ‘WHEN TO ENTER’ above.
13. The Promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone call within 24 hours of the draw date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
15. The Promoter will notify the winner to obtain postal details for delivery of the prize.
16. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
17. A winner’s name will be available for 28 days after the giveaway closing date by emailing the following address: info@bestwaterfilters.com.au
PRIZE ON OFFER
18. There will be 4 prize packs to give away, with 1 prize pack being drawn each week over the giveaway period - see ‘WHEN TO ENTER’. Total prize pool = $991.80.
19. Each of the 4 prize packs consist of the following items:
• $100 BP Fuel GiU Card (Value - AUD$100); and
• RV / Caravan Water Filler Attachment [SKU: W-FILL] (Value - AUD$30.00); and
• Dual Tap Manifold (Splitter) [SKU: 716-2P] (Value - AUD$28.00); and
• John Guest Emergency Repair Kit - Deluxe [SKU: JG_EMERG_DLX] (Value - AUD$89.95).
20. The Promoter accepts no liability for any injuries or other experienced by the winner while undertaking activities or travel related to this giveaway and prize. The Promoter accepts no liability for costs incurred whilst undertaking activities related to this giveaway.
21. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this giveaway.
22. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. A prize(s) are not transferable. Prize(s) are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
23. By purchasing a participating product and entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
24. Any personal information you provide in the course of this giveaway will be subject to these Terms & Conditions and to the Promoter’s Privacy policy. You agree that the Promoter will use the contact details you provided as part of your entry to contact you in the event you are selected as one of the winners.
25. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.
26. The winner's first name, the first initial of their last name, and their state will be published on our social media channels.
OTHER
27. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter's control. Any changes to the giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
28. The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
29. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party.
